I am excited and happy to work for Sellers and Buyers from Coeur d Alene to Sandpoint including Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Other than assisting my clients in buying and selling real estate, I love to spend time skiing, fishing and dirtbiking with my friends and family. My wife and I are relocating to Coeur dAlene, Idaho and had been looking at homes for over a year. Not knowing the area in great detail we took a chance and hired Wade as we didnt know anyone in the area. We were highly dependent on Wade and his team to assist us not only in finding and purchasing a home, but what neighborhoods to look in, best fit for our needs/wants and basically putting full trust in him as we were somewhat walking in blind. After 1 visit to the area, a detailed tour of many homes all while explaining the area in great detail we just closed on our dream home. My wife and I used Wade to buy our home back in 2012 and we are very impressed. We told him our budget, our wants/needs list and he was able to fulfill them all. We only looked at 4 houses and found THE ONE. Recently my wife was relocated by her employer and we had to sell our home. So we contracted Wade as our Listing Agent. He came out looked everything over, hired an amazing photographer, and was able to sell our home in less then 5 days. Not only was he able to sell it fast but we made more profit on the home then we had expected in the beginning of the process. I have nothing negative to say about my buying, and selling experience with Wade. I highly recommend him to anyone.
