We only looked at 4 houses and found THE ONE. Recently my wife was relocated by her employer and we had to sell our home. So we contracted Wade as our Listing Agent. He came out looked everything over, hired an amazing photographer, and was able to sell our home in less then 5 days. Not only was he able to sell it fast but we made more profit on the home then we had expected in the beginning of the process.
