    Wade is absolutely amazing. He was able to get me a really sweet home in a virtually all-cash market because of who he is, and his ability to connect with the sellers realtor. Since I was a 10%-down buyer, we of course lost to a few all-cash offers on premium homes. After 3 or 4 such events, one of them lost their second cash offer, and called Wade to see if we were still interested. Wade notified me immediately and got us under contract before morning. He is a kind and generous person, and I am please to call him my friend. I give him my highest recommendation.

    To say that Wade is a good, helpful and or professional agent to work with is an understatement; Wade is a rock star! Wade has that roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to be done type of persona that unfortunately is becoming less and less common. He understands the markets and what is needed to sell and purchase in a aggressive time and yet he does not make you feel pressured or stressed on the decision. He was a game-changer for me. I had my home listed for multiple months without a single offer and literally days after signing with Wade I had an offer on the table and was in escrow. When I couldn't find the home I wanted to buy, Wade went door to door trying to stir up listings. He checked in daily, listened to my needs and made me feel important. I know I was a smaller fish in the real estate pond but Wade never made me feel this way and for this and so many more reasons I have and will continue to refer him to anyone I know looking to sell or buy!

    Wade was amazing. We had to sell our house in a hurry to move into an new community. We were given 3 weeks to get our house into escrow in order to save the property we wanted. Wade helped us with some of the painting and dedicated his time to our property to get it sold. He held open houses every weekend, sometimes on Saturday and Sunday and he kept us updated daily on the progress and interest. I would not use any other realtor after working with him and his group. BTW, We sold our house in record time and now live in our new house :0)

    Wade was so easy to deal with, he made our experience so enjoyable. On the day that we chose our new home, Wade took us around to 9 houses. My wife & I never once felt pressured, Wade always advised us to take our time and if we didn't love the house then let's keep looking. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a realtor, Wade Blair is the best!

    Answered Questions

    Can I take a plantings with me after selling?

    Everything is negotiable and it matters what was negotiated within the contract. Yes you should exclude things in the listing agreement but some agents forget to add that to the MLS and the contract. Anything you want as a seller needs to be disclosed so just remember to tell your agent what you want to convey or convey in the sale of your home.
