Valerie was a dream to work with! Valerie is certainly an expert in her market and a great negotiator, but she is also gracious, not pushy, and very accommodating. Most important, Valerie was honest and advocated for us, which is an extremely rare gift in such a competitive real estate market. She went out of her way to make us aware of historical flooding events in certain neighborhoods and other risks we wouldn't have known, she never pushed us into making a higher offer or doing anything we weren't comfortable with, and she negotiated for a credit after a solid inspection because she thought the house should be perfect when we moved in with our boys. Valerie is gem, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purcahse real estate in the St. Pete area.
