ZillowVERIFIED Ive had the pleasure of working with Vlada three times aEUR" twice as a buyer and once as a seller aEUR" and I cant recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly patient and never pressures you to make quick decisions, yet she helps you view the market with clear, realistic insight. When I was buying, she made herself available at times that worked best for me and would organize full days of viewings, complete with helpful printouts and notes. She also coordinated follow-up visits so I could compare properties easily. When it came time to sell my property, Vlada kept everything realistic from the start and never overpromised. Thanks to her steady guidance and smart strategy, I received an offer within four weeks and closed the sale in eight! Vlada is organized, efficient, and thoughtful in every part of the buying and selling process. I truly appreciate her professionalism and the calm, confident way she handles every detail. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Vlada was absolutely incredible! After weeks and weeks of unsuccessfully searching for the right apartment for my husband and me to move into, we were recommended to Vlada, and boy, was that the right move! I literally texted her one night with what we were looking foraEUR"our budget, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc.aEUR"and within hours, she was ready with options for us! While I do not recommend bothering her in the middle of the night, I would say, though, that Vlada is GREAT with timely communication! She is so responsive! She was able to answer all our questions and reassure us with any concerns we had. We definitely felt like she had our best interest at heart! Additionally, when we wanted to see the property but were too far away to physically be there, she not only went there herself and sent us pictures and videos but also quickly and efficiently made time for us to go see the place when we were back! Honestly, its been such a pleasure working with her. If I were to summarize my favorite part about working with Vlada, it would definitely be the ease of communication/responsiveness and always being kept in the loop, as well as getting us a place that we liked within days of reaching out to her! Now I know who to reach out to again when we are ready to BUY a house next!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time homebuyer, we needed someone who could guide us through every step of the home-buying process. Vlada took what we liked and disliked from the numerous properties she showed us (over a few months) and found two houses that met almost all of our wants and needs. When the time came to make an offer, she helped us feel confident in our decision. Everything happened very fast once we made the offer and the offer was accepted. Vlada laid out all of the steps of the buying and closing process, and helped us understand each step. Vlada was very meticulous during the repairs and kept us updated on the progress of our house. She was always available and quick to respond. There are good reasons she wins many awards in her field, and we definitely recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Vlada was the most professional and most patient person throughout the entire process of us buying a new home within budget. She was always available for questions and was quick to reply to any of our questions and concerns. She went as far as finding the exact link to a fake plant I had seen in the home that I fell in love with. She also noted the nuances my significant other was looking for in a house (like wall texture--which apparently is important to him). Hands down the best realtor in the SoCal If we are ever lucky enough to buy a second home, we would go directly to her without question!

ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Vlada March of HomeSmart has been assisting my wife and I with our real estate needs, but dissatisfaction with her service and questionable behavior have increased over time. She helped us with the purchase and renting of the condo. Also, she assisted us with renting another property. Initially, we trusted her, but then we started noticing several things. We were notified by our potential tenant that the door code (key to the house) was given to her by Vlada March. The contract was not signed; therefore, there was no reason for Vlada to provide keys to the house. We informed Vlada prior to signing the contract not to provide any key codes to any potential tenants. I am not sure how many key codes were given to others. When we asked Vlada a reason for providing a key code to the house, she answered, "they will move in soon" and that they are ready to sign a lease. This particular client did not move into the house. We asked Vlada again not to provide keys to tenants going forward. We would like to point out another example of her unprofessionalism. We were in the process of renting a condo and waited for a lease agreement. Valda made a lot of errors in the lease agreement. She attempted to charge us a 15 percent commission fee instead of the 10 percent shown in the contract. Also, she wanted to charge commission for the entire year, but the lease agreement was only for six months. Most of these mistakes are to her advantage and involve unethical business practices. My wife spoke to her over the phone regarding these issues, but she informed her that she wants to earn her commission for the entire year even though the contract is for 6 months. We felt that she was misleading and manipulating us. We believe we were not the only ones; she is probably treating other clients in the same manner. Thus, please check all your documents and read them carefully if you decide to go with Vlada. Our primary residence is in Orange County; therefore, we relied on Vlada to ensure that our property was in good hands. My husband and I visited the property prior to the tenants move-in date but noticed that the door of the fridge was open. As a result, the fridge stopped working. We notified Vlada immediately. At first, we received pushback from her. She stated that "the condo was shown multiple times by different agents. There's no way of knowing who opened the door or if it didn't close. Neither I nor any of my clients have left it open." We notified her that she needs to contact other agents to find out who left the fridge open and that it is her responsibility to make sure that the door is locked. We asked her how she would pay for the damage and whether she had insurance to cover her negligence. She informed us that she would take care of it, and in the next few days she notified us that the problem was fixed. The tenant moved in and notified me that the fridge was not working. We reached out to Vlada again, but she notified us that "our agency relationship ended and the issue with the fridge is between the tenant and the property owner." Based on her response above, it appears to me that Vlada was not present again when the condo was shown to the potential tenants. Thus, Vlada does not show properties to clients but provides key codes, so she does not spend her time showing the properties to potential renters. We just pointed out several of the many issues that came up when dealing with Vlada. We would not recommend going with her or HomeSmart.

ZillowVERIFIED Vlada was a seasoned expert in her field. She was professional, genuine and timely. Vlada understands the market and knows the real estate process better than most I've known. She guides you effortlessly through the process and earns your trust along the way. She made a process that is generally unpleasant, quite easy and found the needle in a haystack for us. We will use her again in the future and can recommend her unequivocally. Thanks Vlada!

She was very patient, friendly, polite, had a lot of positive energy, and was just such a pleasure to work with! Vlada was available 24/7 to answer all our questions and help us make an informed decision. We found the house we were looking for within a couple of months of working with her. After our offer was accepted, Vlada kept us very informed about the timeline and what we needed to do. From day one to closing, she was there for us and did everything she promised. On the closing day, when we arrived at the house, it welcomed us with a lovely housewarming gift from Vlada and a handwritten card from the sellers :) I'm very grateful to Vlada for getting us through this process and would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home!
