Vlad is truly the best. He helped us find our dream home in 2020 when we moved to the area, and it was a no brainer when we found out that we'd be moving in 2025 that we would call him again. Our move was chaotic (because of the military) and Vlad rolled with every punch that came our way and always found a way to adjust for us. Truly cannot recommend him enough!

I 100% recommend Vlad to anyone purchasing property here in the JBLM and surrounding areas! He was patient, went to view almost 100 homes with me, and proved to be a resourceful guide from start to finish. During our real estate adventure we go to know each other on a personal level which made the process so much better.
