Vivien Kay

Viv Kay Nguyen is the Designated Broker of Kay & Co. Real Estate. A native Houstonian, Viv graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in psychology, and has a background in insurance services, customer service, nonprofit organizations, and sales. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert.

A bold and intuitive leader, Viv is able to tune into clients' needs and dares to fight for their best interests. As an innovative businesswoman, she thinks outside the box to come up with creative ways to solve problems and crises as they arise. She thrives on challenges and is constantly seeking ways to improve the way business is conducted. With a straightforward attitude and compassionate heart, Viv advises clients using a direct and honest approach.

Besides real estate, Viv is passionate about her children, writing, and world travel. She is a sponsor of Children International, and a member many realtor associations including the Women's Council of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors' Political Affairs Advisory Group. Viv is bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
