About Vivien Kay

Viv Kay Nguyen is the Designated Broker of Kay & Co. Real Estate. A native Houstonian, Viv graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in psychology, and has a background in insurance services, customer service, nonprofit organizations, and sales. She is also a Certified Negotiation Expert. A bold and intuitive leader, Viv is able to tune into clients' needs and dares to fight for their best interests. As an innovative businesswoman, she thinks outside the box to come up with creative ways to solve problems and crises as they arise.
