ZillowVERIFIEDViviana did an outstanding job handling the sale of my property. She was highly professional, proactive, and persistent from start to finish. Throughout the process, she stayed on top of every development, followed up consistently with all parties, and kept the transaction moving even when there were complications and delays. What I appreciated most was her communication and dedication. She made sure I was kept informed, worked hard to resolve issues as they came up, and remained fully engaged until the deal was completed. Her effort, responsiveness, and commitment were clearly above and beyond. I am very grateful for her work and would confidently recommend Viviana to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and hardworking real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED By far the best realtor experience I have had. Viviana, our salesperson, was very friendly and transparent over the phone. The first house we saw did not suit our needs very well, but Viviana was very quick to look into the inventory for similar homes. Viviana took care of everything that needed to be done to show us multiple homes. I am very thankful for Viviana and for going above and beyond. We have a very good peace of mind after buying with her and will most definitely call her back for our next purchase. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I went to an open house in Westhampton Beach and that is how I met Viviana Smith. I was not working with an agent, but after meeting Viviana I was happy to hire her as my agent. She is trustworthy, knowledgeable of the market, professional and attention to detail. She showed me properties in Westhampton Beach and East Quogue. She also connected me with a mortgage broker to assist me with my loan. Overall, my experience has been amazing, she is an asset to her company and I highly recommend Viviana Smith as a local real estate agent in East Quogue and Westhampton Beach.

ZillowVERIFIED Viviana is an excellent realtor. She definitely knows the business. She knows the market and the trending of sales and rental properties. She always respond in a timely manner. She works hard to make sure that both sides each understands it responsibilities. She followed up when she said she would. Nothing is left ununswered. I could not ask for a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Viviana Smith has been extraordinary. We started searching for homes three months and we have seen several homes. Viviana works tirelessly every day. I receive an email with new listing or changes on the markets daily. In addition, she connected me with a mortgage broker who I'm currently working with. Viviana is personable, honest, friendly and she is always available! Her knowledge of the real estate market has been very informative for me, I know with Vivianas assistance I'm very close to my home sweet home. Thank you Viv!

ZillowVERIFIED Viviana is a professional with a gentle touch. She is an asset to Douglas Elliman. I would give her a 10 star review if available. She was able to deal with difficult neighbors, too many open house attendees, obtuse questions, all with a calm smile on her face. She made the process of selling a home I loved, an easier transition.

ZillowVERIFIED Viviana Smith is an exceptional and trustworthy real estate agent. She made me feel very comfortable while searching for my first home, she took the time to sit down with my family and me to explain the process of purchasing a home. We have looked more than 10 properties and I havent found what I'm looking for yet, but I know with Vivianas guidance I will find my dream home. Her expertise and knowledge make me feel very confident. Needless to say she answers all my phone calls and text message within minutes even when I call her after offices hours, when I met her she told me: I'm always available and indeed this is true. Moreover, Viviana is Bilingual, she speaks Spanish and that was very helpful for me since she could explain my mother everything in Spanish. In addition, she connected us with a great mortgage broker who helped us to get pre approved. I recommended Viviana to my friend who is looking for a rental in Hampton Bays and she is already working with her. Viviana Smith, is very responsible and passionate about real estate and I'm very thankful with her. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Viviana Smith is an extraordinary real estate agent! She always made us feel motivated while we were in the search of our home, every time that I called her or asked her a question, she always replied to me, even though sometimes it was out of office hours or in the weekends. Viviana showed us probably close to 15 homes and with the real estate market shifting dramatically, and the high interest rate sometimes we became unmotivated. However, Vivianas enthusiasm and energy helped us to continue with our search. Moreover, I really appreciated when she helped me to translate certain aspects that wasnt clear to me regarding the mortgage for my home. Viviana is a huge asset for her company and being bilingual is a plus. I highly recommended Viviana Smith to all my friends and family because she is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Your first home purchase is something you never forget. Its impossible to really prepare for the roller coaster of a ride that is buying a home, but through it all my real estate agent stood by me offering unconditional support and pushing me to not give up. From the moment I met Viviana Smith, she took her time to understand what it was I truly wanted and searched endlessly to find the perfect home for me. Because it was my first time, there was a lot of information I did not understand but she helped me understand everything thoroughly. If you are looking to buy a home and want a real estate agent who actually cares about you as opposed to trying to just make a sale, ask for Viviana Smith! There are not enough words to express my gratitude towards her. I am glad I found her. I'm starting my journey now with my new home, but will never forget about the people who helped me get here.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently had the need to look for a new home and had a fantastic experience working with Viviana Smith. She was very pleasant and her knowledge of the available inventory and matching me up with properties I that met my criteria and budget was a welcome change from the normal house search experience I'm used to. She also had in-depth knowledge of all the areas we looked, specifically the schools. I was very happy we found Viviana and look forward to working with her going forward.
