Viviana exceeded our expectations in every way! We had bought and sold multiple homes in our lifetime, but Viviana was the most responsive agent with whom we have ever worked. Her knowledge helped us price the unit successfully. Her recommendations for professionals helped us get the unit ready for sale with ease. Viviana took great care to capture quality photos of the condo. She often stepped in to assist us since we were not physically in the state during the sales process, often going above and beyond the role of a listing agent.
