ZillowVERIFIEDViviana goes out and beyond to help you find your forever home. Not only she listens to your every detail and needs of what your looking for, but she will find your home and better yet will be very honest about any property that she feels will be a great fit for you or not. She is super friendly, understandable and makes sure she is there for you when you are ready for her.

ZillowVERIFIED Viviana exceeded our expectations in every way! We had bought and sold multiple homes in our lifetime, but Viviana was the most responsive agent with whom we have ever worked. Her knowledge helped us price the unit successfully. Her recommendations for professionals helped us get the unit ready for sale with ease. Viviana took great care to capture quality photos of the condo. She often stepped in to assist us since we were not physically in the state during the sales process, often going above and beyond the role of a listing agent. She knows the market and knows how to market a home. I would gladly work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Viviana on 2 transactions and in particular she represented me on the sale of 254 Laura Blvd. in Norwich, CT which closed on January 11, 2019.She is very knowledgable about the local market, understands the process of buying and selling a house, is very responsive and is willing to work with her clients and be patient to negotiate a good and fair price. What separates Viviana from other agents I have worked with in the past is that she truly cares about the well being of her clients as people and takes the time to understand their situation, any challenges they might be having, and works to find a solution that works for her clients.I highly recommend Viviana.

ZillowVERIFIED Viviana was an excellent realtor; she was always available to answer any questions we had either by phone or text. She showed us multiple homes with a detailed schedule, narrowing down listings based on our needs and wants until we found our dream home. She was there from the beginning and all the step of the way until the day we signed our papers.

ZillowVERIFIED I really appreciate how Viviana was on top of things, invested in our success, yet relaxed and reassuring. Selling a house is very stressful, but she made it as easy as possible. She also provided us with two very valuable referrals (a contractor and an attorney). That made a real difference and saved us money. The fact that she speaks Spanish is a plus, because she can work well with Latino buyers. But you would never know it because she has no accent (which can sometimes make communication difficult). Very happy with our experience. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED I am writing to give Viviana Penson-Rodriguez my highest recommendation. Viviana possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent real estate agent: she knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Trish is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case as a seller of a home, there were many rough spots on the road to closing and in every instance Viviana was a great help. It would be hard to envision someone doing a better job than Viviana or being anything but happy in choosing to work with her. WE LOVE HER!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Me and My wife Kathy recently purchased our 1st home with the help of Viviana and Leaf Realty. Viviana is an extremely attentive realtor who took on-board all of our not insignificant demands and wishes for what we wanted in a home, especially our first one. She was a brilliant communicator in so far as she even stayed on the job whilst on a family vacation on a cruise ship. We are completely thrilled with our new home and have nothing but thanks and appreciation for the help and knowledge Viviana provided us with , from explaining mortgage options to us , to making appointments and helping us with everything else. In particular her knowledge about renovations was an added bonus as the house we were purchasing had recently been flipped. We intend to sell my mother in laws house in the next couple of years and Viviana/Leaf Realty will be getting our first call when we decide to put it on the market. ***** 5 stars!

ZillowVERIFIED We came across Viviana by chance and new after the first go around, she was our realtor! With all the competition out there, we had to go with our intuition and it really worked for us. Honest, communicative, easy going and able to clearly explain the process is how we would describe Viviana. We ended up buying our dream home and even with all the chaos, nerves and nail biting, she made the process stay on track. For this we will be forever grateful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her as your own realtor!
