This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a real estate transaction. The home we purchased was a short sale, although it could have taken six months to get approved, it was approved within a couple of weeks thanks to Vivians knowledge. Then the home we were selling was sold in a very tough market, and we received the price we were looking for. The escrow was supposed to be 45 days, but it was complete in about 15-20 days. That was great for us.
