ZillowVERIFIEDDo you think 1% commission to sell your house is too good to be true? Do you think that you wont get the same service as a full Commission Agent.... Then you havent met Vivian Resnick. Like most people, we were skeptical, until we put $22,050 of commission in OUR bank account. Vivian doesnt cut corners. She works hard to sell your house. She is a FULL-SERVICE agent. We would absolutely hire her again and most definitely recommend her to our friends & family. Thank You, Vivian, for your help in successfully selling our home.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely amazing realtor! This was my very first time selling any property at all, and she was able to hold my hand through the entire process (figuratively LOL). Worth every penny, made a stressful process so much easier! She addressed issues that came up in an almost immediate fashion. 100% quality and professionalism, would absolutely use her again and would recommend to any of my friends and family without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Vivian Resnick when I sold my home in the Greater Orlando area. Vivian was very responsive and knew the market very well. She priced my home competitively and found us a well qualified buyer very quickly. She communicated very well and brought a lot of value to the transaction. Ultimately, I saved a significant sum having Vivian as my agent, while sacrificing none of the service. Shes highly recommended and I intend to work with her again. Thanks, Vivian!

ZillowVERIFIED Vivian is an exceptional realtor to work with! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she is done to earth and straight up honest with you! She took the time to listen to my frustrations regarding the incompetent buyer's agent and answered all my questions. She went beyond her duties to make sure this transaction stayed on course. She by far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend working with Vivian!

ZillowVERIFIED Vivian was fantastic, got multiple offers within 1st week of listing after previous broker was unsuccessful. She know s the market and is very attentive and responsive to all requests. She is very good at managing any issues that come up in the course of the sale and her fees are unbeatable. There's no reason to use a full fee broker when she can save you thousands on commisions

ZillowVERIFIED Vivian was absolutely incredible! I have never encountered an agent thats so hands on and involved in the process. This home purchase was a very challenging process due to a lot of different moving pieces and Vivian handled it with exceptional grace and professionalism. I'm so grateful for having such an honest, patient and kind agent that I was able to rely on for help with the toughest decisions. If it wasnt for Vivian I wouldve given up on this a long time ago. Thanks to her patience and tolerance today I have my home. I'm beyond thankful for having such an amazing woman to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Vivian Resnick was great to work with and I would highly recommend her. We were out of the country while our house was on the market and she worked with us from a distance to get it sold. She is very knowledgeable about the area and its market conditions. She sets realistic expectations about price points and the process from listing to closing. She gave us helpful advice on how to stage the home as well as spend time with us over email and phone at different hours of the day (also weekends) to update us on the progress of the listing and various offers in extreme detail. If you are thinking of selling or buying a home in middle Florida area, you would be doing yourself a disservice not working with Vivian. She saved us thousands of dollars. We can only say again: Thank you, Vivian!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm glad Ive gotten Vivian as my agent in my search for a property in Florida. I'm not local to the area therefore did not know where to purchase. With helps from Vivian, who traveled back and forth between Tampa and Orlando to show me properties between these areas, I was able to purchase one and in process of looking for another property. Vivians knowledge and dedication to her work was nothing less than amazing. Weve often exchanged texts around midnight PST knowing shes in EST time zone. I highly recommend Vivian as an agent to anyone who looks to purchase properties in Central Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED Vivian professionalism is outstanding. She gets things done quick and responsibly. In the process she saves us time and money every which way she can. As to fees, she was the best and lowest we could find. Even when hospitalized she kept the communication line going and never left us in the dark. She's on top of all crises and always met the datelines. In short we're very happy to have found her and highly recommend her to everyone looking to buy or sell a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Vivian was wonderful to work with - enthusiastic, quick to respond and knowledgable. She not only knew the market well and was patient to answer our countless questions but also was extremely supportive in our negotiations with the bank (it was a foreclosure). The deal almost slipped away but Vivian was able to rule it all out. And we got the house! Apart from being a great professiaonal she's got wonderful personality. We had much fun together every time Vivian showed us another property. I hope we will do more business in the future.
