She helped us get a short term rental for our son who is a 4th year Optometry student. She went out of her way to help him when he arrived to the North Miami location and she showed up in person to help him get into the apartment! This was for a rental! Based on our needs, she was able to shortlist few properties, with high accuracy, because all of them met our needs. We chose one, initiated the process which was delay, several times for reasons not under our control and after wasting couple of months, under her orientation, we decided to cancelled the offer to initiate a new process with other of the shortlisted properties. In an expedite process we were able to recuperate the time lost, finding a second property that turned to be a better option. She was very professional, highly committed, showed care for every detail always acting to our best interest, but negotiating in a good faith without disrupting the other party interest.
