Our house was as legacy from a childless late family member. Vivian, Janet and the team sold it with relentless open houses, showings, negotiations, etc. as is expected with a superior real estate broker. We have incredibly high standards for the people we work with and give our business to and Vivian is stellar - we will be working with her again - I almost wish we didn't like our new house as much so we could sell it sooner to work with her again! She always picks up her phone or gets back to us incredibly fast - days, nights, weekends, whenever (even when I forgot she was on vacation she texted me back within the hour!)
