ZillowVERIFIED Vito has been exceptional to work with through the entire home buying process! Vito carries very strong knowledge of the internal workings of homes thanks to his home inspector background which shines brightly when he brings up major flaws in a house during a tour that would require major investment in fixing. Vito was extremely attentive, proactively communicative, transparent, and patient through the entire process. If you're looking for an agent that has high attention to detail, safety, and puts their clients first at all times, Vito is the agent you are looking for. I highly recommend his services!

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Vito enough! He helped me every step of the way. He was patient with me during the exploration process of figuring out what I wanted, helped me become realistic about what would be a good investment and where neighborhood I would want to wind up living in the city, and educated me throughout my first home buying processaEUR|which is admittedly very nerve-racking the first time through. Also with VitoaEUR~s background of working in building inspection and with the city of Chicago he had great connections to referring me to other people that I needed throughout this journey. Hes a great guy, tells it like it is, takes the time and patience it requires. Grateful to have found a realtor like him, I highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Vito is knowledgeable and professional in his approach. His knowledge as a former home inspector is a huge asset especially for a first-time homebuyer like me. He was patient in our search for a home that fit our needs and did not hesitate to point out critical flaws in homes that we had toured. His honesty was much appreciated, and it definitely helped us make wiser choices in determining which house to go for.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my fourth property purchase with Vito and he continues to guide me through the process. Although I consider myself a veteran buyer, Vito continues to provide me with expert advice and guidance. His experience is in real estate as a realtor, home inspector and appraiser, assists me in ways that continue to surpass my expectations. Our property tours consist of Vito pointing out major issues and him providing me with general costs for these repairs. I not only get a tour of a home, but also a home inspection in the 30 mins we are there. His understanding of market value is on a different level compared to other realtors I have worked with. His experience and education should be the standard for all realtors. The days of using someone who is just a realtor are over for my family and friends. If you want a realtor worth every penny, call Vito.

ZillowVERIFIED Vito was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive when you want to see a house youre interested in. This was the first time buying a property and I met multiple realtors, but Vito was the best. His previous experience as an inspector helped in the house search so we also werent wasting time and knew exactly what we were getting into. Hes very personable and honest. I will be working with him again when I'm ready to buy another property in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Ive known Vito a long time from our prior careers. After figuring out that it was time for me to sell I reached out to Vito after many years of just social Media contact. The guy hasnt changed one bit. A fair and honest hard working guy that was always clinical in his thoughts, processes and sharing his expertise so I could make an informed decision. Unlike many so called aEURoeprofessional agentsaEUR? he wasnt there for the money, he was there to get the right solutions!!! When the buyer tried to breach the agreement, Vito was all over it. When the buyer wanted to delay delay delay, he and legal counsel held them to the agreed upon stipulations. Buying or selling this gentleman and family man has your interests at heart.

ZillowVERIFIED Highly recommend! Vito is very intelligent and helpful, making this process smooth. Great communicator, always available, had quick answers to things, and got information to us quickly. For being a first time home buyer, he explained everything thoroughly and made us feel at ease. His background as a home inspector and appraiser also helped to grasp a better understanding of things outside of the "cosmetics" of the properties we looked at.

ZillowVERIFIED Vito was so easy to work with and made my process stress-free. With his background as an inspector and appraiser, he knew exactly what to look for and was never pushy. He was honestly there for me, his client and not the type that only wanted a sale. Even after the closing, he took time to follow up and make sure everything was perfect. Very happy and highly recommended!
