Prior to founding The Nikolaenko Group (Brokered by LoKationA(R)) as a licensed Florida REALTOR, Vitaliy excelled at multiple organizations as a Salesperson and Advisor. In addition to his knowledge of the real estate industry, Vitaliy has an extensive background in Business Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate Sales, Mortgage Lending and Banking, and Executive Recruiting.
