ZillowVERIFIEDGinger did an awesome job selling my mom's house. We have worked with her in the past both with selling my personal home and buying a new one with my husband. She also sold my husband's parents house, so we have had a lot of experience with her. We also interviewed four other Realtors from different companies and no one compared with her. I did that for my mother's benefit so she would know that I recommended her for a good reason. Ginger has many years of experience and goes all out to get the word out about the house she is trying to sell. She knows her stuff and always got back to us when we had a question. She offered great advice, and my mom's house sold very quickly. She's also very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We will use her again if we need to buy or sell another home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger was extremely helpful when helping me find and purchase my new home. She was compassionate about explaining the home buying process in this currently competitive home buying market. She was thoughtful about making sure we chose a home that would truly suit our needs and lifestyle, not simply to make a sale. During the home buying experience she was excellent with including my 2 pre teens. I would highly recommend Ginger to help you find your next home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first experience selling a house and Ginger patiently and professionally guided us through the whole process. She and her staff -- Mandy, her assistant, and the photographer -- provided quick and effective responses and guidance for all of our questions. A first rate team and first rate service.

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger did a great job navigating the sale of the house. She had to deal with HUD because my parents had a reverse mortgage on the house that has more owned on it than the total assessed value. She was also accommodating with the closing because my parent's house is 2 hours north of where I live (mom moved in) so we were able to do all the closing docs via email. Quick and painless!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be more pleased with the experience I had in purchasing my home. From the moment my wife and I met with Ginger we could tell she was very interested in listening to us describe and explain our must haves in a home and she was just as excited as we were in helping us find the right home for us. We knew this because she was willing to show us homes on a Holiday when she could have been with family. We knew then that we had found the perfect agent that was willing to go above and beyond her clients expectations. Gingers real estate experience of over 30 years helped us understand the local area and schools. Within 2 weeks Ginger found a house that matched our needs completely, and she made sure we were the first to view it before the listing hit the MLS. She also made sure our purchase and close was coordinated with the sale of our home in MN. Ginger and her team did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the entire purchase from the offer, acceptance, inspection, and close process. Its no surprise that Ginger and her team at Coldwell Banker Siewart are #1!! With Ginger, you not only get an agent that will work hard for you but you also get the experience on how to close a deal and someone that genuinely cares about making sure you are purchasing the best home possible. Our experience was the best I have ever had in my purchase of 4 different homes and we know we have started a relationship that will last beyond our current home purchase. Way to go TEAM GINGER KOSMOSKI!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ginger is a 5-star professional! Many years ago she showed me every property available in the area I was searching for and went outside of my comfort zone to find me the perfect home I would live in for 24 years, raise my kids, and love as much as anyone can love a home! She was REAL and HONEST and RELENTLESS in our search! And she helped me look outside the "box".This year, when it was time to move out of my treasured home, Ginger again provided many options for how I might best market my beloved home and offered easy alternatives to the traditional approach. Ginger finds what you need and makes it happen and want!! You will NOT be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time buyers to the market it can be very exciting yet scary at the same time. Owning a home is a big responsibility just as returning a clients phone call. Ginger had shown us many homes in the area. However her assistant would schedule multiple showings an hour or more apart and not tell us what time we would be seeing each home. We once received a call from Gingers assistant asking which house we were seeing and at what time because she couldn't remember which clients were seeing what homes. Gingers assistant also canceled the wrong showing for us but later got it corrected. To us we felt a lot of time was wasted with Ginger and seeing some homes as the foundation needed to be replaced, but didn't mention it to us until we were at the property for a showing. Had we'd been told prior to that we would never have gone to see the home. Once we did find a house we liked, we were slow in getting an offer in. They pulled the house from the market. I called and left a message for Ginger to call us back to see another home and a week went by without any return call. Apparently our money isn't good enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I had to sell my father's home after he passed away. Ginger was able to help me through the whole process with kindness and professionalism. It didn't matter what the issue was that was standing in the way of the closing. She was able to figure out the best way of handling it so that the buyers, the bank, and I were satisfied. She made the closing process a pleasant experience.

ZillowVERIFIED After inquiring about a house I waited I believe 3 days until I finally heard something from Ginger. I responded again on email and after waiting again for a response I went with a different agent.
