This process took over a year but was WELL WORTH the wait. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is looking to find a home. I honestly cannot remember a time where she didn't get back to me on something or that I was unable to get ahold of her in a reasonable amount of time. This was our 2nd home purchase and she listened to our input carefully but made sure to set our expectations appropriately. The process began to drag on a bit because we were buying during a slow season, but Virginia was on it, showing us homes whenever we asked and quickly. We even had a pretty major issue where the seller did not complete their contracted obligation and Virginia fought for a price reduction just weeks before we were to close to keep the deal alive. Would use her again!
