As a first time homebuyer much of this process was completely foreign to me. Ginny made things so much easier and explained things in ways that I could understand. She was very responsive whenever I would request to view a property and worked to schedule a viewing when I would be available. I never needed to reach out to Ginny for information as she was always on top of the process and provided me with frequent updates. When viewing properties, she was very good at helping me understand what to look out for during the process and advised what was a good value and what might be a concern.It was clear that Ginny was knowledgeable on the current real estate laws and guidelines. She helped me to avoid mistakes I have seen others make.She provided excellent guidance in helping me craft an offer that would be accepted in a highly competitive market.I would absolutely recommend to anyone to contact Ginny to help them buy or sell a home.
