Then she makes up a portfolio for your home. I was selling mine as is. I had other offers but she coincided me that I could do better with a realtor. Boy was she right. She got me 100and 10 plus percent. I could call her anytime and if she was busy, she would call at her 1st chance. So glad I took her advice and the person who recommended her.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent job finding the home I bought. Christone was very detailed in the initial search criteria and we got hits right away. The property type I was looking for was hard to find. We had some minor issues communicating with an FSBO (as can be expected). I was pleased with the overall buying experience. Only had one issue come up late in the sale where dishwasher was advertised as an asset of home, inspector noted it was not working in their report. The 1 year home shield purchased as part of the sale did not include coverage for this specific appliance. That whole home shield was purchased late in the buying process and this was an oversight. Both I & Christine should have caught this detail. In the end this oversight will run me at a minimum of at least $500-$700 unexpected out-of-pocket cost after the sale to replace the appliance. Still, with all the moving parts involved in a home sale this is not a deal breaker. I'm happy with my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Virginia Golan as your next realtor. We were in need of a realtor we could work with in what to me was an emotional sale of my mother's home. My mother loved her home and selling it after her death was touching. On first attempt we ran into challenges we wanted to guard against the second and hopefully final successful attempt. We decided to officially interview 3 agents. Virginia has an approach to home sales so detailed and well thought out with regards to the current market. She was extremely understanding through the WHOLE process and willing to answer ALL questions as they came to our minds. We were extremely leary of the dual agent process from past experience and she and her staff handled it beautifully. In summary, I can't say enough about how we now continue to feel like part of her family. What a great feeling knowing she valued us as much as we do her!

In the past five years, she helped us sell one house in a sluggish market as a relocation to another state and worked out the details while we were in the next state. She did so much extra work on that deal because we were a relo. When we moved back, she helped us buy a home in a hot market. I can't say much about our timing in buying and selling, but even in that situation, we were happy both times. She's just the best. Do yourself a favor and interview her for the job.
