ZillowVERIFIED I found Virgil by his sign displayed in the yard of my neighbors house which he sold fast. This got my attention having previously listed with a major realtor firm without a nibble in 2015. He is an impressive young man that knows his stuff, he didn't give me a big sales plan, just shared his thoughts on how to market my house to get it sold quickly. We had a contract in three days! I also used him to help find our next home. Throughout the process I really enjoyed working with him, he was always on time to showings, his advise was helpful and accurate, he returned his phone calls within a few minutes if he didn't answer. I'm sure he has many clients but when you work with Virgil you feel like you are is only one.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying and selling a home can be such a stressful process but Virgil helped keep our minds at ease and made the process so much easier on us. He answered all of our questions within minute (even if we reached out early in the morning or late at night). I highly recommend Virgil and would use him again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Virgil was great! I highly recommend him. We were wanting a house very quickly considering we were expecting a child soon and Virgil made it happen! He quickly sent us houses that were available in our budget and had everything we liked. He was very professional and responded quickly to emails or by phone. I also felt very comfortable asking any and every question we had since this was our first house we bought and he was very knowledgeable and prompt with his answers. Couldn't say enough great things about him!
