The amount of effort and time he put into walking us through the process is unbelievable! He guided us through every step of the home buying process with patience and expertise! He made sure everything stayed on track with a very tight timeline! We felt like working with family member than a real estate agent! He always had our best interests at heart! ZillowVERIFIED I met Vipul when I was looking on zillow for a house to buy for my mother. I tried contacting several realtors, but he was the only one who responded right away. There are many things I liked about my experience with Vipul. First off, whenever there were listings that we wanted to see, we contacted him and he would go out of his way to pick up and drop my mom off at her place. We did this several times and saw many houses, but he was always nice and never lost patience with us. He is not only a great realtor, but also a nice and patient man. When we found our dream home we saw the new listing on zillow, but it was early in the morning. We tried contacting him even though we didn't expect him to answer his text messages that early in the morning. To our surprise, he answered right away! We were the first ones to make an offer on the house and my mom was able to get it. She was so happy! We are grateful to Vipul for the wonderful service he gave to us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house to buy or sell. I've had experiences with other realtors in the past, but Vipul is by far the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you Vipul! You are a godsend.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience as first time buyers with Vipul was by far the best we'd ever expect. From day one Vipul was on top of everything he made us feel like we were on top of his list. What made him stand out even more was the fact that he is very tech savy, i have an office job so i email and use apps alot, that wasn't any problem whenever i sent a text or email a reply was sent so quick. As first time buyers you hear many stress free success stories but plenty more horror stories, which makes first time buyers very angsty.... well all i can say is Vipul made us part of the stress free successful story list! You won't go wrong with trusting him in your homebuying journey!

ZillowVERIFIED Vipul was courteous, responsive, and professional throughout the entire home searching process - he always answered my calls or texts right away, was always friendly, and always showed up on time anytime we needed to meet. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for help with purchasing a home. He was also very low pressure. He once told me we could look "for years" and if I didn't purchase anything he would not be upset. ZillowVERIFIED Vipul is a highly professional and knowledgeable person. We are first time buyers and Vipul very patiently answered all our questions and helped us throughout the process. Vipul was very professional and friendly while communicating to sellers and lender regarding our questions for them. Apart from having in-depth knowledge about real estate, he also has very good contacts for contracts/workers who will do work on your house after closing. He even went to the county office and got us all the permits and documents to verify the property. He responded to all our emails/text messages/phone calls immediately. I will definitely recommend Vipul to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. In future if we decide to look for another property then I know Vipul is the person to contact.
