When we came to Florida to house hunt, they took us on a whirlwind tour of so many homes in just two days, while also making sure we got a real feel for Amelia Island and everything the area has to offer. They listened to what we were looking for, knew the area incredibly well, and made what could have been an overwhelming couple of days both productive and fun. Once we found our new home, Violet and Stephane were fantastic negotiators and made the entire buying process remarkably easy and stress-free. Because we were living out of state throughout the process, we relied on them tremendously. They handled everything for us, stayed on top of every detail, and kept us informed every step of the way. Review We are based overseas in New Zealand and Violet sold our house. Violet was amazing! She went above and beyond what you would expect of any realtor. Not only did she get us a great price for our house she also handled many, many things that cropped up which would have been almost impossible to handle from another country such as buying a replacement fridge, getting the AC repaired, getting the gas heater for the pool repaired, getting the new solar installation for the pool repaired, following up with the insurance company regarding a roof replacement and payment of the contractor and liaising with the movers . Violet even got our vehicle serviced and then sold. Violet always kept us fully informed of all developments. I have dealt with realtors in 6 or more countries and without hesitation Violet was by far the best I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much Violet.

They take the time to go through the paperwork line by line if necessary, ensuring you are crystal clear about the all the various negotiations and contracts. Over the years we have had a few realtors, and none have come close to Violet and Stephane! Though we had our doubts about putting our house on the market during the holidays, we went under contract on New Years day! We definitely recommend them!
