ZillowVERIFIED Vinny Vetrano was my real estate agent when I bought my house twenty years ago. He took me to at least 25 properties before I settled on the house I bought. When I needed an agent, I had no question about who I would contact. Vinny was instrumental in selling my moms house for a tricky Trust Estate. From the beginning, he held the co-trustees hands in explaining the details of the transaction and what to expect. Since a little work needed to be done to get the house saleable, Vinny recommended workmen who completed the job quickly and at a reasonable rate. He hired a photographer who took excellent photos of the house which he compiled for an MLS listing. We had offers for the house within the first week and landed a final offer within 3 weeks. Vinny met with several prospective buyers to ensure wed get a fair price for the property. After the offer was accepted, Vinny continued to support the co-trustees, who were very difficult to work with. Without Vinnys support and guidance, the deal would never have consummated. I am very grateful to Vinny for all his effort in making a difficult transaction materialize.

ZillowVERIFIED Vincent did an outstanding job, as my realtor, when purchasing my new condo. He went above and beyond being helpful as he guided us through the purchasing process. His knowledge of the condo's rules and regulations in addition to the area was superior to other realtors. The closing process went smoothly due to Vincent's expertise and responsiveness. I highly recommend Vincent to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. Plus he's one nice guy.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Vincent Vetrano of Douglas Elliman. I was selling my home after 29 years, and as anyone who has lived in a house that long knows, the emotional and physical effort that one goes through getting the house ready and sold is a monumental task. Vincent is an extraordinary broker always going above and beyond through the whole process. He escorted every showing, made sure the house was left as found, he worked with the buyers agent in a very collaborative way, he is extremely knowledgeable of the Westchester area and provided guidance when needed. He also recommended a number of amazing resources to assist in getting the sale to the endpoint. Vincent is also a good trouble-shooter. There are always issues that arise and he was willing to jump in and work as part of a team to get to a resolve. I would recommend him highly if you are contemplating a sale or purchase. He is a pleasure to deal with.

ZillowVERIFIED Vincent recently helped us purchase a home in Pleasantville NY. He was very easy to work with and stayed on top of everything every step of the way. As this was our first time buying a home, he explained how everything worked in the state, guided us to a wonderful lawyer, and pushed the sellers agent to get everything completed in a timely manner. I would definitely use Vincent again.

ZillowVERIFIED We've used Vincent twice in the past: once to buy a home and once to sell a different home. These are stressful events and both were made far more easy and streamlined by Vincent. More recently we'd asked for information on a property that we were potentially interested in purchasing. Vincent was responsive and quick with the information we requested. We can't recommend him highly enough. Professional and friendly throughout and really looks out for his clients' best interests.

ZillowVERIFIED No one is better at researching your property better than Vincent Vetrano! He was able to find paperwork that the town claimed wasnt available! He also looks for power lines, any kind of water sources that may require flood insurance, and points out features you may otherwise not notice! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He doesnt try to push you into a sale but listens with interest and works to find solutions! I have used Vincent Vetrano serval times as both the seller and buyer and highly recommend him and I only him!

ZillowVERIFIED Last year, we'd used Vinny Vetrano to buy our current home. When we decided to sell our former home (instead of renting it out), we didn't hesitate to contact Vinny again. We knew we would be in good hands - and we certainly were. He advised us on what we might want to fix before putting the house on the market, then was key in getting good photos of our home for the listing. His suggestions and estimate of a listing price were just right and we received three offers in short order. He assisted us in navigating the offers and was with us every step of the way right up to the end of the closing. We especially liked that he was very conscientious about making sure the house was safe and properly locked up during the time the house was being shown. He'd often go by at night to make sure everything was secure. He's very responsive to questions and concerns and is pleasant to work with. He recommended a real estate attorney whom we also used twice - great recommendation. I know much of a house sale depends on the home itself, but we give Vinny a lot of credit that our home sold so quickly due to his knowledgeable suggestions, diligence, and experience. We listed our home just before Labor Day weekend and we've closed well before Thanksgiving. If you need an agent for buying or selling, we highly recommend Vinny Vetrano.

ZillowVERIFIED We just bought a house with Vincent and we had a really great experience working with him. Vincent took time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for, patiently explained to us (first time buyers) every step of the process, as well as what we need to pay attention to in the houses we visited and in the areas around, made himself available at crazy hours over weekends and unpleasant weather. He also recommended an amazing attorney who made sure the seller finished all the construction papers. We would definitely work with Vincent again and recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Vincent had been extremely helpful and had rendered great service throughout the entire process of my house hunting. He has comprehensive knowledge of the local areas down to the very detail, and he also knows a great deal of things to pay attention to when visiting a house. My deal was longer and more difficult than average ones due to some unforeseeable factors, and I am sure it would have broken down if not for his help and support. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a house in Westchester area.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend using Vinny Vetrano as your agent. We would absolutely use him again in a heartbeat. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very patient with us as we looked for a house for a long time. When we finally found our dream house, he was there every step of the way. Many agents might "phone it in" after the contract is signed - Vinny was just as responsive and just as involved, looking out for us and making sure we knew what to expect.

ZillowVERIFIED We just closed on a house in Pleasantville with Vincent. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Vincent has an amazing knowledge of the area. Once he knew our circumstances, he steered us away from options that wouldn't have suited or young kids, thereby saving us a lot of time. I would highly recommend Vincent for any of the real estate services he provides.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince provided valuable analysis of the market to help me price my house for sale. He also created a compelling listing--both visually using a very professional photographer and in text used to describe my home. This professional presentation combined with Vince's marketing efforts (open houses) and positive and honest efforts made the selling of my house a streamlined and successful process. I would recommend Vince to anyone.
