In April of 2018, I started my real estate career on a team at Keller Williams in Gainesville, VA. I quickly earned the trust and confidence of over a dozen buyers and sellers in the Northern Virginia area in just 4 months. In September 2018, I moved to Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty, a company that is known for great service and integrity. My present team, Castlerock Real Estate Group, is very supportive of my personal business philosophy of "People First!" I have been building, modernizing, repairing and assessing homes for construction, plumbing, roofing, siding, porches, kitchens, bathrooms, garages and basements for over 40 years. This extensive background gives me a unique set of specialized glasses with which to view homes for people while providing dedicated, personalized service. I have been selling and negotiating business for over 50 years (yes, I started when I was 8!) During a brief period in the early 2000's while semi-disabled after being hit by an impaired driver who turned life upside down temporarily, I managed a hobby shop in Warrenton, VA while recovering. Due to my personalized service to families, kids and adults, I became the go-to guy for all things radio control aircraft. People still see me on the street and point and say, "Hey' you're that hobby shop guy!" because they remember the service they received and the way I helped them learn new ways to enjoy their recreation time, something that can't be replaced like money can be.
