    About Vincent Prestileo Jr

I am originally from Southwest Philadelphia and a graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic High School. I have been a resident of Delaware County since 1999 and currently reside in Springfield with my wife, Heather, and two daughters. I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2004 following my graduation from Cabrini College in Radnor, Pennsylvania where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After graduation, I returned and served on both the Board of Trustees and Alumni Board. My practice includes both ends of the real estate spectrum and all scenarios in between, whether I represent owners who are selling their home of 50 years, or presenting properties to a young family with a tight budget. I particularly likes to educate young people about the advantages of investing in real estate as they begin their journey into adulthood. I believes in regular communication with my clients to decrease their stress and pride myself on my availability and responsiveness. In addition, I enjoy working with investors and assisting in identifying properties, as well as advising every step of the way from purchase to renovation to resale.
