I am a full time Associate Real Estate Broker, specializing in marketing and selling homes in Colonie and the Greater Capital Region. I am consistently engaged in the local market day in and day out. We are very active in the rescue community and believe it is our moral responsibility to protect the lives of abandoned, abused, and homeless animals. When we help our clients find their forever homes, we want to be able to do the same for our furry friends. A bit about me: I am a lifelong resident of the Capital Region, growing up in Guilderland and graduating from Guilderland High School in 2002. I received my Bachelors degree in Sociology and Business from the University at Albany. I currently reside in Colonie with my wife and two children, where my family also has deep roots dating back to the 1960's. I am the son of first and second generation Italian immigrants, who owned and operated a successful pizzeria in the area for many years. I have always been passionate about real estate, and in the belief that the American dream of home ownership can be achieved by all. Vinny helped me and my wife find a home during the slow season. From February thru June, looking at over 30 houses, he was always friendly, upbeat, and helpful. If I were to pick just one thing to highlight, it would be that he always 'knows a guy'. From basement to roof, no matter what issue the potential home had, he knew a guy he could refer to help resolve a issue. An invaluable and comforting quality when looking at homes!
