We met Vince a few months ago when we called him about one of his listings in Southampton. While waiting for a response from the sellers of this home that we placed a bid on - we went to see a few other homes and ended up finding the home we ultimately purchased. Vince advised us strongly to purchase this home (which was not even his listing ) because of the potential he felt it had. We listened to him - purchased the home - renovated it and within a few months more than doubled its value. Vince also successfully closed rental deals for our home for the entire summer season for full asking price within 2 weeks of listing it. Vince is a pleasure to work with.
