ZillowVERIFIED Our experience working with Vincent was exceptional. He was on top of every detail and aspect of the sale of our Unit. From the initial market analysis, to the work he put into to arrive at the price our Unit could be marketed for, which was invaluable to us. He was very proactive during the process of selling the unit with many open houses and showings. He went over his normal duties to ensure all of our needs were met. We highly recommend Vincent for his tenacity and professional ethics.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience with Vince, as my agent for selling and purchasing homes. I found a house I wanted to purchase on Monday, 5/21, called Vince the next morning. He was able to get my house listed in MLS and had an offer in hand the following Monday 5/28. I was able to make a competitive offer on the home I wanted to purchase since mine was under contract.Vince was extremely responsive, accommodating and positive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Vince to family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince is simply the best-there is no other way to put it!! This was our 2nd home purchase and was by far the most personable and accommodating buying experience. It doesn?t take long to tell Vince isn?t just another realtor trying to sell a home- he genuinely cares about people. His positive, enthusiast energy, and confidence in his field of work made us comfortable knowing we were in the best hands during this purchasing process. We will always look to him for future buying/selling needs and HIGHLY reccomend everyone else to do the same!!

ZillowVERIFIED Vince is the best!! He is more knowledgeable than any other agent/broker my fiance and I have ever delt with. We were in communication with Vince every single day during the Home buying process. Vince battled for us to get the best deal and rates. He really does care and made us feel very protected during our whole experience. Vince is an invaluable resource, anyone who doesn?t work with Vince is really missing out!

ZillowVERIFIED Vince impressed us everyday he was our realtor. He went above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. He had our best interest from the first day we listed our home with him. This was the 5th home we sold in 20 years and Vince was by far the best realtor we ever had working for us. Dont look any further when shopping for a realtor because there is no better than Vincent Espinosa!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Proactive is the best word to describe Vincent. We used him as the realtor to sell our current home and purchase our new one. He was so enthusiastic and proactive in reaching out to his clients as well as other realtors to get our house the showings to promote a sale. He was also crucial in the purchase of our new house. I have no doubt that if he, specifically, was not our realtor, the purchase would not have gone through. When the transaction ran into a glitch, Vincent used his own resources and contacts to make things move forward. He seems to have endless energy and extreme commitment to his clients. I would absolutely give Vincent the highest recommendation.
