I worked with Jane and Vince for about 18 months, looking for a new home for my family and then selling our current home. I've dealt with many realtors over the years with mixed experiences, but Jane and Vince are by far the best I've met. They are professional with deep knowledge of their markets and the laws and regulations of multiple states (I bought in PA and sold in DE). But the best part of working with them is that I never felt rushed or pressured. There were periods where we were seeing 4 houses a day. Jane always gave her honest opinion and I could tell she was genuinely thinking about what was best for me and my family. We saw several "good" properties and several "ok I could work with this properties", properties that needed renovation (which I like) and properties that were pristine move-in ready, at the low end and high end of my budget, but buying a house, especially your "forever" house, should feel as right as finding the love of your life. Finally as suddenly as meeting "the one", a listing appeared on a Saturday and we went to see it immediately Sunday morning, and by Sunday afternoon I'd submitted an offer, and wouldn't you know the house had also gotten another offer! This is the situation where a pro really matters and Jane got it done and by Monday night I was under contract. We've moved into the new house and it truly is our dream house. And our old house is now sold, and a new chapter has opened for my family and me. I'm so thankful for the hard work and care I received from Jane and Vince. Going forward they are the only realtors I will call. Of course, I hope I'm not in the market again for very long time- maybe next time will be for my kids as they start their own life adventures!

They took the extra time to educate us on what to look for in a home and how to assess a property to know if it is a good buy. As first time homebuyers we felt fully equipped to navigate the market of real estate. Additionally, our purchase occurred at the start of COVID restrictions and Vince navigated this hurdle professionally and with as minimal as possible interruption to the sale.
