ZillowVERIFIEDAn exceptional realtor - so glad we chose him as our agent. We were extremely pleased with Vince as our realtor. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and had a calm, easygoing demeanor that helped keep us balanced during the ups and downs of having our home on the market. ZillowVERIFIED Vince was great to work with. He helped me sell an investment property right at the start of covid. I had tenants that stopped paying and being very difficult. Vince was able to talk with them and get them to cooperate with the sale. He is definitely someone you want on your side for selling or buying.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince did a great job helping us get into our first home. He made the process as painless as possible given a rough market. Being a large investment and our first one I was glad to have someone with as much experience as Vince to guide us through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things regarding my experience(s) with Vince Romano. During my first sell with him, he was extremely patient as I was going through a divorce. During that time, his knowledge within this space and situation proved to be invaluable. He was able to not only negotiate and close on a more than expected price on the home, but also navigate me through the unknown home sale waters. Years down the road, It was time for me to sell another property and purchase a new one. I could not think of a better realtor. Once again, his market knowledge once again got me a great price for selling property, while negotiating down a great price on the new home, adding some personal touches along the way. He is kind, funny, fair and yet firm when you need him to be. He is timely and fully responsive in the litany of questions one has during these important life transactional decisions. Thank you, VinceaEUR| I will and have recommended you to others and will continue to do so!

ZillowVERIFIED Vince was fantastic to work with. He took into consideration all the details of our perfect idea of a home and found it within 2 listings. Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, and he was there with me the whole way. He even stayed with me during our entire home inspection, helped me measure some of the rooms and was able to recommend partners in his circle of business for future plans we had for the house. I highly recommend working with Vince.

ZillowVERIFIED My family was considering relocating or potentially building a new home and Vince showed us all the marketing and technology he uses to sell a home. We were very impressed that he uses so many methods to market the home both conventionally and digitally. He was heads and tails above another agent we interviewed as far as his knowledge of the area and value of our home. Vince spent a lot of time with us explaining his process and we didn't feel rushed to decide (we don't like feeling rushed). He was very patient and explained all the comparable properties in our neighborhood (he even knew the differences between the models and upgrades in our neighborhoods homes). Ive never had a realtor with that much intimate knowledge of an area, and it was quite refreshing. We ultimately decided not to relocate, but we will most definitely be calling Vince when the time comes....100%!

ZillowVERIFIED Vincent was a great marketer of himself, but not of the properties he's representing. He went through the motions of listing, pictures, brochures, but after that, he was non-existent. Not once did he follow up with us after viewings (and we had over 40) to give us any feedback from the other agents. He is not good at selling houses, which he claims is all he does. Went with a competitor a year later & sold in under 7 hours of the house going on the market. DON'T USE HIM!

ZillowVERIFIED Vince brings a level of professionalism not often seen in this industry. He takes the time to understand your way of communicating and listens to your needs. He is not pushy, but gets things done behind the scenes in a quiet and respectful way..he is a true professional. In situations where things can become stressful for the buyer, Vince stays calm and goes about his business which is to represent you in the best possible way. Most importantly, he relies upon his many years in the industry and the network of relationships he has developed to move the sales process forward; which is ultimately the reason for working with a realtor in the first place.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince came highly recommenced to me by a family friend. This friend had used Vince to sell her fathers home. Vince was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I was feeling under a lot of stress due to some personal circumstances and Vinces continual reassurance put me at ease. He walked me through the steps of what I needed to do to sell my property. He was easy to contact and always returned my calls promptly. Vince is great with technology and he streamlined the selling process, even though I was traveling a lot. ZillowVERIFIED Having the need to relocate to Arizona in about a two month timeline, we contacted Vince after reading his reviews. The positive reviews and comfort knowing his experience and supporting staff made the decision an easy one. If you need a job done and done right, hire the most experienced with the best result baseline. He was very courteous and prompt in making arrangement to meet with us. He was very prepared to give us his honest assessment of our situation and provided us with solid advise and references to assist us in the process. Upon taking his advise and listing with him we were pleasantly surprised to have numerous showings and an offer prior to our departing to our new location. He listed our home at a fair price and negotiated a better than predicted value. He made our relocation process less stressful in managing the sale of our home and would highly recommend him to any one looking to sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince is the absolute best to work with. In addition to be very professional, friendly, and easy to reach, he has an in depth understanding of the real estate market. This allows him to give insights and advice that is extremely helpful when both buying and selling property. He helped us list our home at a competitive price, on a holiday nonetheless, and we still had multiple offers in the first four days on the market. On the other end, he helped us negotiate the purchase of our dream home at a purchase price that was too good to pass up. If I could give six stars to Vince and his group on here I would.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince is one of the most effective represntatives a seller can be lucky enough to find. A true professional who works quietly in the background, always there at the right time with the best answers. He has the instinctive ability to evaluate a property, chose a marketing strategy and deliver above expectations in 20 days. The best part of our experience was how little we had to do and how quickly he hit the ground running. Vince has our highest recomendation.

He was always available to answer questions as well as he was always on top of keeping me updated regarding the sale of my home. My only regret is I hadn't heard of him sooner. To those who are reading this, I rarely post or give feedback. Vince Romano is definitely worth giving this feedback for. I would rate his performance more if I could.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince was absolutely amazing! We first met him when we were considering purchasing the home we were renting. Initially we told Vince we were just seeking a second opinion for price negotiations. Vince was extremely professional and quickly provided us with market information to give us better insight.Subsequently (due in part to Vince's guidance), we decided we would purchase a different home. During each of our home visits, Vince was very relaxed / laid back and did not push us to buying any one particular house. At each home, he shared with us some of his perspective and some of the "what to look for's". We soon found our home, and are absolutely thrilled with it! The home buying process was made extremely easy thanks to Vince's fast knowledge of the industry. With every obstacle we ran into, Vince quickly reacted and moved to resolve our issues as fast as possible, in most cases well into the night. For anyone looking to purchase a home, I would HIGHLY recommend Vince to be your partner in this process! I honestly believe our home buying process would not have gone as smoothly without Vince's support. Vince - thanks for your excellent partnership, we wish you the best of luck, and will definitely be sharing your name with anyone we know that's looking to purchase or sell their home!

Vince was referred to me through a friend and I'm SOO glad that he was! Right from the start, I could tell Vince was a cut above the rest. His knowledge of the industry and whip-smart intelligence impressed me immediately. He has TONS of connections and resources at his finger tips and was able to make the entire home buying process from start to finish happen in no time at all. He took so much pressure off of my shoulders, I will be forever grateful for his guidance and patience through everything. I got a great deal, an outstanding interest rate, and a BEAUTIFUL home thanks to Vince and his team of experts. On top of that, Vince has checked in with me a couple times even after I closed on the house just to see how things are going and to see if I need anything. How's that for service?? Go with Vince Romano -- you won't be disappointed!!
