Vince was able to make the repairs at a very reasonable price using contractors he works with through his "Level Up" service. The negotiation and sale process went very smoothly. Vince handled the negotiation. He would tell us what the various buyers were offering and make knowledgeable suggestions on how to respond. What could have been a challenging and nerve-wracking process was made easy by working through Vince's team. His knowledge of the market enabled us to sell this home quickly and at a f price we were very happy with as it did need some TLC. We had used a number of realtors in the past but with the impact of COVID and an imminent decision needed as to whether to proceed with a previously planned construction project, we knew that we needed to move quickly and the concept of a team managing the process was very appealing to us. The Vince May team was very professional and flexible combining in-person meetings with on-line virtual meetings. The team was very responsive, provided a consultation with a professional stager, produced beautiful photographs including drone footage, and got the house on the market quickly. We were under agreement of sale within 5 days and the Team handled all of the back and forth negotiations/paperwork. They were responsive 7 days per week from early in the morning until late in the evening. The Team was even able to make connections for us with contractors for radon abatement and roof and gutter repairs. They took a lot off of our plate and I can recommend them highly.
