However, there were a number of issues to be taken care of in order to sell at the top of market including complete interior and exterior paint, carpet and flooring, sink replacement etc... Vince viewed the property with his team and had a complete estimate of suggested repair/replacements the in days. He and his team had the property in show condition and on the market in 20 days and an above asking offer in 27 days from tenant move out date. Amazing! Vince will definitely list all of my remaining properties.
