ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyers in this crazy market. I lost hope almost immediately, how could we ever compete in this market?! But Vince was our calm voice of reason. Always there to answer questions, concerns and also reassuring us that all hope was not lost. Using his strong negotiating skills to close the deal, we had our dream house before we even knew it!

ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking for the ultimate Real Estate professional with integrity and superior knowledge in his field, to find that dream home, or to sell your house, look no further. Vince Coletti was our Real Estate agent that assisted us in buying our house in 2015, and then selling it in 2018 in a difficult market. He was instrumental in selling our house, without his skill set it would have been difficult in getting the results and price we were looking for. He always kept us in the loop during the selling process, answered all our question/concerns in a timely manner (many of those questions/concerns were answered within minutes) with a successful closure in less than 30 days. Vince is one of the top Real Estate agents in the San Diego county, I would recommend and/or use his services again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED If you ever need to buy or sell in San Diego, Vince is amazing! He has become a trusted friend of ours. Vince helped us 5 years ago in the purchase of our home in San Diego and has now helped us sell it. Both times were a wonderful experience. He knows the area and the current market extremely well. He keeps you posted every step of the way throughout the process. He works hard to get you every penny! He works well with the other party's agent, great negotiating skills! Buying and selling is stressful, but Vince made it fast and painless! I would definitely use his expertise in the future and recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince made the process of home buying so much more enjoyable and less stressful than I thought it would be. There are so many reasons you should trust Vince to help buy/sell your home. Here are just a few, he was so quick to respond to my emails and answer any questions I had no matter how silly they were. He worked extremely well with my lender and they were in constant communication. He picked up the phone no matter the time and if he was busy I received a call back quickly! When I was interested in a property he was out there within a few days taking a tour of the property and allowing me to see it virtually. He is so knowledge about the market and was always honest with me about the price point and value he saw in it. I had such a positive experience that I would be willing to do it again! Thank you Vince for all you did!

ZillowVERIFIED WOW! Vince and his team did an incredible job and I cannot thank them enough. We just closed escrow on a short sale in Ramona and it was not an easy one to say the least. I was actually doubting it would come together with the amount of hurdles that were thrown at as (i.e. tackling 3 separate loans with the 3rd not known until the 11th hour). Vince really put his all into this one to save it and make it a great purchase for us. Can't wait to work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince is excellent - I HIGHLY recommend him. We found our dream home and when we put an offer on it pretty much the day it went on the market we found out there were already other offers on it. It was because of Vince's negotiation skills and professionalism that the sellers ended up choosing us. He went back and forth with the listing agent and told them our story and it's 100% because of him we got the house. Beyond his negotiation skills he is extremely personable, friendly and responsive to any and all questions. It was our first home purchase so it was a scary and stressful process and we could not have had a better agent. I can see him becoming one of the top agents in San Diego in the future - he's that good!

ZillowVERIFIED Vince worked his butt off and got us our dream house. He cleared up a bad appraisal and even negotiated the selling price down and we still closed on time. Always responsive and available by phone, email, text. His parters at the Ruhl Team handled a short sale for my father and basically 'sold the unsellable'. You can't go wrong with Vince or anyone else with the Ruhl Team.

ZillowVERIFIED Poor Vince, is all I can say, because he got stuck with us as clients. We made him show us a TON of homes, and generally had our 2 and 5 year old in tow. He was always flexible and happy to greet us (and the kids) and even went so far as to entertain them while we looked. If he didn't have the immediate answer for us, he made sure to get it to us in a very short period of time. When we had some issues with the home we purchased several months after closing, he was readily available to facilitate communication with the prior owners to get it resolved to my satisfaction. He was very receptive to our concerns, our desires, and our needs. He was easy to get a hold of and had a very short turn around time in getting back to us. I appreciated that he bent over backwards to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Vince was invaluable to me in finding a home in San Diego and in ensuring the entire process went smoothly. I was from out of town and needed a real estate agent with local knowledge and financing connections. From day one Vince convinced me he was the guy, and proved himself to be so throughout the glitch free process. He was always on top of things and always available to take my calls, emails, or texts. The entire process couldn't have been easier. I told Vince what I was looking for and he found it, that simple. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a property in the San Diego area.

ZillowVERIFIED When you live in a different state, it is difficult to find a property without a good realtor! Vince made our experience very easy! When we could't get there, he took pictures of the places for us. We would call him and say we are interested in this one, and he would get there that day to take some pictures and give his views on the place and area! He was completely involved in the entire sale, from beginning to the very end, and really helped move things along. He has gained our trust and respect, and we consider Vince a friend!
