We immediately placed a bid on it and Vid went to work. I was using a VA financing option that required a lot of extra steps and paperwork as the builder wasn't pre-certified by the VA. Vid graciously took up the slack as the realtor on the other end was virtually non-existent. Vid ended up hand delivering forms to the custom builder throughout the process to keep things moving.
