I'm Victoria Trapp, a New Jersey REALTORA(R) with Keller Williams Preferred Properties, serving buyers and sellers throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties and surrounding Jersey Shore communities.

I began my real estate career in 2016 while also working full-time as a Health and Physical Education teacher, creating a dual career for 10 years before retiring from education in 2026. My more than three decades in education shaped the way I approach real estate today: I listen, communicate clearly, explain the details, and believe my clients should be educated about every aspect of the buying and selling process. Having lived in Bayville for 25 years and raised my children here, I bring firsthand knowledge of the local communities, neighborhoods, and Ocean County real estate market. I work with buyers and sellers throughout Bayville, Berkeley Township, Brick, Toms River, Lacey Township, Waretown, Barnegat, and surrounding Ocean and Monmouth County communities.
