ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first home purchase and I'm also new to the Tampa area. My girlfriend and I are also starting our new journey together, so this whole process was completely new to us. This is especially with Tampa being a hot market with all of the Californians and northerners moving to Florida and investors buying up all of the properties. It was a long and stressful process, but Victoria made it easy and smooth for us--most of all, she was personal with us throughout the whole process. I'm also active duty military and her having a military background with her family made it also more personable as well. She didn't try and just sell us whatever was out there. She provided us selections based on the criteria we desired and tried her absolute best to meet our needs. She was knowledgeable about Tampa overall and there were some homes that my girlfriend and I wanted to purchase, but Victoria took us to those places and we were thankful she did, because it turns out, the areas we were initially interested in were lower quality neighborhoods and we didn't want to have our first home purchase and life together in this environment. Victoria suggested the Carrollwood area and we were quite impressed. The only issue with the Carrollwood area was all of the investors buying the properties, giving us limited options. However. Victoria embraced the difficult times with us and kept us optimistic. We went through 3 - 4 different homes that we made offers for, but had to back out since the homes had many issues that we couldn't afford to deal with. Frankly, there were times were my girlfriend and I just wanted to give up on finding a nice home, we were really burned out. Victoria kept us optimistic and she has an unbearable amount of tolerance and resilience throughout the home buying process. Her customer service is something I've never experienced before and it's something I will model after if I pursue a customer service position of some capacity. Moreover, she also provided us with so much information on different furniture outlets that offered the best rates; all of the information we needed to start the utilities, electricity, and suggested the internet companies in the region. I was thinking of a word that can describe Victoria's customer service--exceptional, outstanding-- while those are words that explain highly of someone, I will use the word unmatched because I cannot imagine a realtor that has the standard of customer service that Victoria has, especially within the real estate market. I recommend Victoria to anyone who is trying to buy a home for the first time, you'll be so relieved and grateful--especially if you are in the greatest military in the world.
