ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time homebuyers, my wife and I had an amazing experience with Victoria. She was super knowledgeable, available, trustworthy, and a voice of reason in a crazy market. We cannot thank her enough for her guidance every step of the way and ultimately landing us our dream home.
ZillowVERIFIEDVictoria is a true delight to work with and displays competence in her skill. She knows the area well, giving insights to stores, neighborhoods, attractions, and traffic patterns to help you make the right decision for your family. She understood what we were looking for. Always pleasant, thoughtful, responsive, and authentic in her interactions. During closing, she took the time to explain things well and helped everything move smoothly. Always available by text to answer any of our questions and often kept us up to date with our fast transaction. Highly recommend Victoria.
ZillowVERIFIEDVictoria is a very cool person and a pleasure to work with. She clearly knew the Princeton area well and would be available at all times of the day to tell us details of securing the property we wanted. She would tell us if she thought a property wasn't a food fit for us. She helped us even through the COVID pandemic while maintaining a healthy social distance. She even negotiated with the landlord to get the lawn maintained at no extra cost to us at the property we eventually ended up at. If I could, I would go rent a new property just to talk to Victoria more. That's how pleasant it was to look at homes with Victoria.
ZillowVERIFIEDVictoria was a wonderful help in our home search. She provided extremely useful advice on what to watch for in certain homes and what inspections are important. She also helped us get quotes for work that may need to be done in the event of a purchase. She was very astute in the local real estate market knowledge and provided solid advice on the purchase process. She was focused, reliable, and seemed to be always working for us. She was also very nice and pleasant to work with.
