ZillowVERIFIEDVictoria was an incredible agent to work with. She was extremely responsive to every question I had, no matter what day or time I texted her, and went above and beyond to advocate on our behalf while we worked through issues with the inspection and defect report. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house, we didn't know how to start or what to expect. Victoria was very knowledgeable, reassuring and easy to work with. She consulted with us about current market conditions to get a fair selling price. She walked us through the real estate transaction processes and advised us about things we should do, and what we should not do. She also helped us find contractors who could help us with minor repairs. With Victoria's guidance through a short period of preparation, we listed the house, and it sold immediately. We are very pleased and satisfied with everything Victoria did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Victoria was an amazing guide in navigating the complexities of selling a house. She was very knowledgeable of the housing market and took time to understand what I wanted in the sale of my house. With her guidance, I priced my house at a point I was comfortable with and one which would be good in the market. I had 8 showings and a signed contract by the end of the first week. Victoria was crucial in completing the sale and I am very happy with the sale price. She was very prompt in answering my questions, in handling communications with the buyer's agent and she helped everything go smoothly at closing. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Victoria is very knowledgeable. Whether I had a question or there was something she thought I would like to know, she answered and told me what there was to know. If there was something she did not know, she would contact the correct person and then let me know the answer. Victoria always answered my calls and texts right away. I never had to wait for an answer. If I needed a recommendation on something, she always was able to give me a high quality recommendation. When I was putting an offer on my new home, Victoria knew exactly what my offer should be so that it was competitive against other offers and would be the offer chosen. When I was doing my final walk through during the morning of closing day I was telling her about how I needed a new washer and dryer. She pulled out her tape measure and measured the space available for them so that I would know what would fit before buying. She was always 1 step ahead in everything that was needed to be done whether I knew it or not. This is just a small list of all of wonderful things that come with Victoria as your realtor. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your next home buying or selling experience!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a very good experience. My husband and I had many questions and expectations. Mrs. Heywood was incredibly knowledgable to our needs and the current market. She helped us understand every step we took. She showed and recommended houses that were in our budget and also met our needs. We found most paperwork to be quite overwhelming and confusing at times. Mrs. Heywood was patient and took time to explain everything. She was also, very flexible with our crazy schedule and odd work hours. If at anytime we have a need to sell/buy again, I have no hesitation saying that we look forward to having Mrs. Heywood help us with the process. What could have been a stressful time, she made a wonderful, fun, and well informed experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Victoria went above and beyond the duties of a realtor, she is caring and trustworthy and gives you the truth, even if you don't want to hear it. She tries her hardest to get you what you are looking for. I tell everyone that I know, to let me know if someone is looking, because of the great job she did for me I want to be able to send her as much business as I can. She's not just a realtor, she becomes part of the family!!!!!!! Give her a shot you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I would absolutely recommend Victoria to anyone looking to buy in the Dayton area. We were relocating from out of state, & only had one day to look at homes. Victoria lined up 10+ options for us to see in one afternoon based on what we were looking for. It was such a fun day looking at all of our options & at the end of the day made an offer on our dream home! Victoria handled all aspects of our paperwork and negotiations, thoroughly explaining all the meticulous detail, which made us feel at ease since we were first time home buyers. We would give her 10 stars if there was the option, and absolutely recommend Victoria to anyone looking to buy or sell!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have just purchased my first home and Victoria was very easy to work with. She sent houses that were available in my price range as soon as they were available on the market. I was looking at various different styles of homes and Victoria met me at multiple properties on a moments notice. She was very knowledgeable about the area I was looking to purchase a home in. I was new to the process of buying a home but she made it as easy as it can be and was easy to talk to.
