Sometimes the market makes you have to consider a different plan. I really hadnt considered renting my house instead of selling it. This gave me the time to wait for conditions to return to a more favorable market. Along without having to worry about being a landlord. I was able to have the property managed by Victoria and team and get a chance to breath and not spend my days worrying if my house was going to sell at a price I am looking for.
