She went above and beyond what a realtor does (even walking us to the County Water Department to help get our water set up, and meeting us at the property a 2nd time so that we could show our parents who were in town for the weekend.) Victoria is easily reachable via phone call and text, which was great for me because I work and often times she would send me a text message with whatever information I requested. She was patient with my husband and I, as this was our first time buying a home, and she answered all my questions and walked us through the process with her extreme expertise. She educated me along the way, put up with my whining, explained why some of my 'bright' ideas were duds (without making me feel stupid).
