ZillowVERIFIEDI live in Florida and my wife and I were looking in East TN area east of Nashville. Victoria definitely covered the area. The first appt was for 9:00AM just north of Crossville. I had just checked out of the motel I was staying in. Waited 20 Minutes and called the office after nobody showed. Turns out Victoria had an emergency and was not coming. BUT nobody called me? Waited another 20 minutes until another realtor showed up, not familiar with house. The second time I came up to see a house the appt was 2:00PM. Again I waited 20 minutes then called...she said she had to detour to get to the house...waited one hour and 20 minutes (80minutes) until another real esate agent showed. Victoria showed up 15 minutes later. I told the agent I had questions that I needed answered...nobody got back to me. I did purchase the house...but wasn't pleased with how the whole process turned out. I had to have the seller fill me in with details, keys, openers. Nobody from 1 source showed for closing. Her office did get back to me in a timely manner with several homes via email/cell.
