FAQ
My biggest advice is to know what you’re comfortable spending, get preapproved early if you’re financing, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Buying a home is a big decision, and having an agent who communicates with you and helps you understand each step can make the process much less overwhelming.
Preparation and pricing are so important when selling your home. I recommend making sure your home shows its best, pricing it based on the current market, and being open to feedback once it’s listed. Every seller has different goals, so I think it’s important to build a strategy around what matters most to you.
I got started in real estate after joining OaksFeather Realty as an administrative assistant. Working behind the scenes gave me the opportunity to learn more about the industry, and the more I learned, the more I knew I wanted to become an agent myself. I wanted to challenge myself, work directly with people, and build something of my own.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I worked as an administrative assistant at OaksFeather Realty, which gave me valuable behind the scenes experience in the real estate industry. Since becoming licensed, I’ve continued learning through hands on experience, MLS resources, market research, and guidance from experienced professionals within my brokerage.
