ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I made the decision that it was time to sell our home and buy a new one, we contacted Victoria Babilonia again. As background, we first bought our first home with Victoria many years ago and she made it a very easy, enjoyable and stress-free process. Victoria took the time to give a buyers consultation at no cost; at that time we were renting. Victoria guided us step-by-step through the buying process which made it a super easy and exciting process for us. Back then, we only had to direct all our attention to looking for a new home. Now, a few years later, we needed to sell our home and buy a new one as our family had grown and we needed an outstanding school system for our kids. We again contacted Victoria Babilonia and her team. This time, our meeting with Victoria was different; she had a more in-depth discussion with us regarding the steps we needed to take in order to sell and buy a home. Victoria fully prepared us with what we needed to do. The move from our aEURoeoldaEUR? home to our aEURoenewaEUR? Northridge home was as perfect as one can expect with all the moving parts in place. We could not be happier with the outcome of selling and buying with Victoria Babilonia and her team. She and her team took care of all the details for us. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, or both, we highly recommend Victoria as selling or buying a home can be very stressful if you dont have the right team behind you.

ZillowVERIFIED The most amazing experience I have ever had with an agent was when I partnered with Victoria to sell my property. She came highly regarded through a referral from a friend. Victoria goes far beyond expectations, as she is a partner from start to finish, and she was in contact with me on a daily basis. Her process is organized, professional and produces fast results. Victoria stepped in to help me sell my property when I did not have the time to coordinate remodeling due to a hectic work and travel schedule. She not only managed the sale, she stepped in as a quasi general contractor to manage all aspects of my remodel. She had the right contacts and resources to ensure I received a bigger return on my investment by prioritizing the right updates. From the start, she was super organized with a timeline in which different projects had to be completed to ensure we were on track for our open house date. Her goal was to sell my property in 30 days or less with multiple bids. We remodeled in a month, she included designer interior staging, professional photographer session, and had the property on the market by month two. The first open house produced high traffic, multiple bids, and we were in a contract by the beginning of week two. As a first time seller, I trusted her with every aspect of the process, and she over-delivered by handling absolutely every detail!! Victoria gets it done and is a very respected and ethical agent. Do yourself a favor...make sure she is your buying or selling agent. She can multi-task with multiple clients and ensures you feel like the most important person in her life!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer Victoria was a pleasant surprise. She made the process of buying a home seamless and stress free. I think what really separated agents is friendliness, knowledge, responsiveness, and negotiation skills. Victoria truly has these traits down! I would recommend her to friends and family. Thank you for making our first home purchase an easy one.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a great pleasure to work with Victoria. A very systematic and thorough person, helping us with a lot of time and dedication to get the house that we were looking for based on our requirements. It took several houses to go around looking at the good and the bad, She was always trying to be sure that we were buying "our house". Once we found the house of our choice, she took care of every single detail with the seller's realtor and escrow company to complete all paperwork, inspections etc. Victoria went above and beyond to help us find the right house, and walked us through every step of the closing process making it stress-free! We are enjoying our house and have a big THANK YOU for Victoria to help us find "our house".

ZillowVERIFIED We have been so blessed that we have Victoria Babilonia to represent us as our broker. I have been involved in lots of real estate purchases for the past ten years and have not experienced the kind of Skills that Ms. Babilonia has provided. If there was more than five stars, Ms. Babilonia deserves it. She drove well over 2 hours with traffic just to show us properties. What Real Estate Broker will do that? I encourage prospective buyers and sellers to utilize Victoria Babilonia's service and I guarantee that she will go the extra mile for you.

Her staff is also top-notch and extremely courteous. Victoria helped my son, my wife and myself find the 'dream house' and did not rest until the deal was made. Her negotiation skills are second to none and we as a family can not be thankful enough for all her help throughout the whole home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been involved in a number of transactions with Victoria over the last 10-12 years, at least 8. She is the most energetic, thorough and proficient agent I have ever worked with. Victoria's extensive knowledge of not only standard transactions but complex transactions has been an invaluable asset. If you are looking for any real estate services I highly recommend Victoria. I would not consider using any other agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I was so tired of looking at houses with different real estate agents. No one was able to find a house for me. Finally, I met Victoria. She is a amazing person. Within 3 months time, she found me a beautiful townhouse that I have purchased from her. Her interaction with me and my lender was commendable. Since, I live in Washington, DC, she really went out of her way to represent me in all the phases. I recommend her highly and She knows her job.... Well informed what is going on in today's market.

ZillowVERIFIED Victoria Babilonia came highly recommended to my husband and I and she most certainly exceeded all expectations. She was very professional-always on time, courteous and diligent in finding the most accurate properties that fit closest to our criteria. Upon setting up an appointment immediately to see the home we eventually purchased, she was persistant in working with the seller on negotiations. By that evening, she called us to give us the great news, and thus began all the paperwork for purchasing our new home. She was an excellent communicator and guided us throughout the entire process in the smoothest fashion. We look forward to working with Victoria in future transactions and highly recommend her to home sellers and buyers!

ZillowVERIFIED Victoria is a very energetic person. She is responsible, knowledgeable and if problems arise, she is part of the solution! I will strongly recommend her. She works very hard to understand your needs and find the house that fits your budget. She educated us during this whole process extensively. We could not be more impressed with her skills.
