ZillowVERIFIED Top of the morning sir I could not let another day go by without sending this email my name is Haroline Gay Wells my rental property that was just sold was 231 Lehigh Ave., Newark, NJ let me start by saying I meet Victoria One year ago at that time I wasnt sure if I wanted to sell my property I am a person who owned many properties at one time since this one was my last one, her approach from the beginning was professional and believable , No pressure sales I cant believe that I met such a great realtor anything that couldve happened did happen we went through four contracts, ive never seen anyone so dedicated and hard-working before, I felt like I was her only client as we all know buying and selling a home can be stressful I only wish that I wouldve met her earlier. I am also In remission (cancer) and a expat Who cannot be in the cold weather and I live in Mexico, I have always had people to care for the property in my absence but this was beyond anything Ive ever dealt with before, first buyer lost his job could not close second buyer contract lapsed so many demands I thought we would move on this particular lawyer and client wanted to actually file a complaint and hold up any future sale, third one my contractor didnt do what he supposed to do buyer thought it was a little more work than we want to handle and backed out, we close on the fourth one, Victoria and I worked hand-in-hand together how ever it was so stressful. My sister which was my power of attorney and also is paralegal real estate for over 25 years also said shes never seen anything like this before this was all happening to me. Oh did I mention one of my tenants should have been committed yrs ago who gave us such a hard time, finally I did close I received the funds that I'm so happy with and all my Years Ive been in the business I have never ever met a realtor like Victoria its been one year to date, I feelIve lost a friend I miss talking to her I will definitely have referrals for her, I have talked to all of my friends that are possibly thinking of selling.
