The former realtor was pressuring us to take a terrible offer just to sell the house, but at a great loss. We took the house off the market and relisted when the quarantine lifted. Victor provided honest and knowledgeable advice and suggestions, and he marketed the home at a higher price comparable to the current market. We had an offer after the first showing and several more two days later. There were a few bad storms with resulting damage and inexplicable local code issues. While we stressed out dealing with contractors and the insurance company, Victor remained professional and patient working everything out with the buyers agent. We were in a bidding war with another buyer, and Victor helped us design an offer that focused on more than just the price. He explained how changing some other factors in the offer (amount of good faith deposit, timing of closing, down payment, etc.) would come into play.
