ZillowVERIFIED We recently rented a home from Katy Property management for 3 years, Victor Short. This the most unorganized, mismanagement co I have ever delt with.At least 5x we received notices our rent was late, while we had a receipt that payment on time, in fact I have 9 pages of print out showing 3 years of rental history paid on time. Terrible response for repairs, took $79 out of our deposit for a bathtub drain stopper for the upstairs bathroom which we never used, took $350 to clean down stairs carpet, yet posts pictures where the carpet wasn't cleaned, ceiling vent hanging down with the filter against the wall, we didn't leave it that way, was told by a maintenance employee, " you will be lucky to get any deposit back" have been gone for 2 months, never changed the locks from the prior renter, had a refrigerator that didn't work from day one and tried to say we broke it knowing it was defective, according to the prior renter, and continue to get notices to resign our lease. Extreamly disorginized, caution when renting, document well.

ZillowVERIFIED Before meeting Frankie, I spoke to 3 different realtors who did not want my business because they did not communicate with me at all. They just said to find a lender and never checked in with me after the first time we spoke. When I first met with Frankie he was very professional and educated. He took the time to really explain how the process for purchasing a home would go in full detail. This was my first time purchasing a home so I felt a little overwhelmed but he guided me through the way. He really listened to all the wants and needs I had for a home and made me feel like I could really trust him. He stated that he was here to work for me which is exactly what he did. After he referred a lender to me, he stayed in constant communication during the process of getting pre-approved which is something I didn't get with the other realtors. As soon as there was a home that I was interested in seeing, he immediately scheduled appointments to view the properties. I felt like he always had my best interest at heart and really looked for things I had on my wish list. In such a short amount of time he found a house that I fell in love with and I thought it would take longer. Frankie has really helped me throughout this whole process and really took the time to explain things I had questions about. I'm happy to say I close in a week and I can't wait to move in to my new house. My kids are so excited to finally have a place to call home and I'm sure my parents are happy to have us move out. LOL It's been a long time coming for my family and I have Frankie to thank for making it all possible. He's a good person and knows what he's doing. I would definitely recommend him to any and everyone, which I already have.

ZillowVERIFIED He was very professional and most importantly, patient. He was amazing, recommended the most beautiful homes at our price level. He worked hard for a price we wanted, for the house that was a little over our budget and made it happen!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with the Short Team. Our agent Frankie Martinez helped us first find a rental and then a year later find a home to purchase. He hustles and does what it takes to find the home that fits your needs. No matter what day or time it was, he was always accessible and had a positive attitude. We will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking to buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED The Realtor I worked with is called Mr. Kofi Bankas ( Kofi, I called him). This man is full of knowledge in this field. The property is not even in his locality but he has all the knowledge and negotiation skills to execute the lengthy ambiguous transaction without a glitch. The "Short Team: has really exceeded my expectation.

ZillowVERIFIED The Short Team's representative, Ms. Sarah Virani has been an excellent representative of our needs to be able to find a new home for us. She is very professional, courteous, and an all around nice person we have had the pleasure to work with. We will definitely be referring her to anyone that we know who will require an agent's service. Sarah also recommended a lender who was able to help close on our house in less than twenty days! This has been the best buying experience we could have imagined. Sarah's knowledge of real estate and all of the requirements and laws is above and beyond our expectations. If there were any questions we had, Sarah answered them honestly and very quickly. Sarah's recommendations throughout this process has been very helpful to my wife and I. Hopefully, if we ever require an agent's services, we will definitely be calling on Sarah to represent us.A big thanks to the Short Team! Best regards, Colby and Michelle Tipton

ZillowVERIFIED We dealt with Frankie Martinez from the Short Team. He was knowledgeable, patient, and prepared. We tried several other realtors before electing to use Frankie's services. Frankie did an excellent job of explaining the process of buying a home since it had been over 10 years since my last home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved cross country and needed to sell my Texas home. The most important thing to me was having a stress-free transaction. Casey Boyle took the time to explain the process to me, provide me with knowledge of the market, and help me price my house accurately. He was patient with me anytime my anxiety rose, and was available to answer any questions that I thought of during the closing period. Thank you to Casey, and The Short Team, on helping me sell my home in Texas!

ZillowVERIFIED I give her a bad review because I never actually spoke to her. When you call her you have to get past her call screeners who ask a multitude of questions, some of which I felt were invasive in nature. I guess I didn't pass muster, because I did not receive a return call.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Patricia Short on a Friday and on the following week we were approved for a rental house. She even went the extra mile by picking us up from the hotel and taking us to view rental properties. I would recommend her or the company, Keller Williams Signature, to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Pamela Allen was our direct contact from Patricia Short's team. Pamela delivered a level of service WELL above our expectations. We recently moved to the area and her knowledge of the city was invaluable as we I had a tight timeline. We're VERY particular yet, she was always patient, eager to look at the homes we wanted to view and ALWAYS had a great attitude. With her it was truly about finding us a "home". I'm very grateful for her service. If you're like me, I always read reviews prior to selecting any service provider or company so know this for sure - I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED We received assistance from Pam and Rudy Reyes in finding a rental home that fits my and my two roommates' needs. Pamela was very helpful and put in 110 % effort into finding us a house and was avalaible to reach most of the times. The other times she was not able to be reached, she either called back right away, or she had her husband call us, and provide us with the assistance we needed. In short, both Pamela and Rudy, were very lovely to work with, and we most definitely will not hold back in referring our friends and family to work with them!

ZillowVERIFIED Patricia Short and her team are absolutely awesome. We had the pleasure of working with Pamela Allen. She helped us purchase our very first home. Pamela is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and helped us to navigate the many steps to home ownership. We chose to do a new home build and she was an integral part of the whole process. Pamela gave excellent advice on what upgrade items to include and items we could get later saving us a ton of money. Pamela served as a great advocate for us and always looked out for our best interest. I would definately use the Short Team again for all of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to find a home to rent. We didn't have the best credit. We were referred to Toni Nomura. She is the absolute best at what she does. Toni is very knowledgeable of each home and area we viewed. There were a couple of instances where she had to go to bat for us against potential rental agencies she was looking out for our best interest. Our experience with Toni was nothing short of exceptional through the whole process. I recommend anyone who is looking to buy , rent, or sale a home to use her, you will be happy you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Pam Reyes is the remarkable R/E agent that helped me find a rental home in the Katy area. I highly recommend her.Because I did not have an agent to start with, I posted showing requests to four listing agents on the houses I wanted to see. It was around Christmas time and Pam Reyes was the only agent who contacted me even though she was leaving town for a short holiday. She promised to get in touch with me upon her return and she did. She scheduled showings for me at five properties from Oak Forest to the Energy Corridor to Katy North & South and we saw them all in one day. She would tell me what she thought of each property, esp. the bad ones! As soon as we walked into the last property, we both knew it was the one. Pam worked well with the listing agent and helped me with the lease agreement. She was also present at my final walk-through. Pam Reyes is a hard-worker but with an easy going attitude. She was friendly and it was a pleasure house hunting with her!

ZillowVERIFIED I've been with Katy Property Management for over 5 years. I started with 3 houses. When the economy tanked, Patricia and Victor helped me with a foreclosure and short sale. Their support was tremendous. They were very straight forward and knowledgeable about the state of my houses and what I should do. They still give me advice on the one house I have left which is much appreciated.Janey and Taylor are great at communicating with me when my house is in need of repair or there are issues with my tenants. Janey, Taylor, Patricia, and Victor are excellent at responding when I reach out. The lower ratings are not a reflection on them. They are for the lack of response from the main office when checking in about rental payments, missing checks, financial matters, etc.

ZillowVERIFIED Pam met us over a holiday weekend when we had made a quick, unplanned trip to Houston to find a place to live. She was incredibly pleasant, as well as knowledgeable about her business. She made the process easy and the interaction enjoyable. I recommend her highly. Furthermore, Patricia was the agent in charge, who was out of town for the holiday. Nevertheless, she found Pam and directed her to us so we could get what we needed during our very short time frame. The only problem I had was with the people who answered the 1-800 number. They did not seem knowledgeable at all, and it took a little assertiveness to get past them to get the help I needed. But it worked and we are now very happy!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time home buyer, I felt completely lost! I feel that Laura Caffey swooped in and definitely saved me from the singlr most confusing purchase I evet made! She explained everything in great detail, helped me see the properties I wanted, and gave me honest advice on the homes. We haven't closed yet, but she has gone to great lengths to ensure we get a fair price, a fair loan, and that we understand everything. She is representing us well and makes the entire process EASY. That's right. Easy! My husband and I now have someone to help guide us to make the best and smartest decisions for our future. Laura, we are so thankful for your kindness, hard work, and dedication to us! We could not be more grateful. Patricia Short-- you have a GREAT team! !
