Restricted access, restrictive covenants and priority sales to new lots being put on the market by developer each serve as prohibitive barriers. When our plans to build in St James changed a few years ago we found out just how difficult this would be. After six unsuccessful years with a series of local realtors we discovered Vic Rosado with Sea Coast Advantage. Rather than run through the local directory of prominent realtors, trying to guess which ones might have the best connections with this gated community, this time we did a very comprehensive internet search to find the top rated selling agents in the area. Vic Rosado was on the short list. My wife and I just closed on a lot in St. James Plantation and couldnt be happier. From the first contact, until the closing - and beyond - Vic was extremely responsive. Emails were always answered the same day, usually within the same hour. Vic listened very well to what our requirements were, and went all out to find us the right spot. The first phase of the search was virtual, with Vic researching and sending us lot options, including aerial views, MLS listing and historical comps. Then when we got to St James, he spent two half days with us showing us both our first choice of lot as will as 6 - 8 alternative spots.
