ZillowVERIFIED I have to say my fiancA(C) and I got extremely lucky with Victor Paulino. In 2015 we happened to get in touch with Victor through Zillow. He made buying our first home extremely easy and hassle free. Fast forward 7 years later we kept in touch with Victor and seen him sell homes worth in the millions. When we decided to sell we knew we would not want anyone else but Victor doing the selling. He treated our home same as if it were one of the high end homes. The brochures and pictures that Victor put together were amazing. Victor was 24/7 available and responsive and never made us feel bad for contacting him either too late or too early. ZillowVERIFIED As an owner of two properties for most of my life I had never considered what would be involved should I ever decide to sell one. My multi-family unit was on my near term radar however preparing it for sale seemed never-ending. Having been approached by many realtors over the last few years regarding my multi-family in particular, selecting a realtor whenever the time would come, never seemed like it would make a lot of difference. In my mind my focus needed to be on making the property perfect. Then I met Victor Paulino. In one short visit Victor would be more than just a realtor. He would be an advisor, a problem solver a business partner and a friend. His knowledge of the local market and real estate in general would guide me to make adjustments to my preparation that would ultimately result in minimal additional expense and maximum return with a lot less effort than I felt was necessary. In addition his experience and knowledge combined with a keen eye for detail and his market savvy would result in a marketing strategy that did nothing but bolster the salability of my property. It was his resourcefulness in emphasizing the propertys attributes that were of most value. He used the propertys proximity to the ocean, its curb appeal and each apartments best features to generate enthusiasm in the marketplace. This combined with timing of the sale, his planning and preparation for the open house and working with potential investors that led to an estimated 150 visitors, 12 offers within a 24 hour period and an agreement 5 days after the listing went live. All of the above speaks to Victor the Real Estate professional. Then there is Victor the person. From the minute we first met, there was a genuine likeability to this man. He has exemplary interpersonal skills. Hes a great listener, understands his clients priorities & concerns, offers his input and best of all hes a natural stress absorber.
