ZillowVERIFIED Victor did an amazing job selling my property. He came during a very difficult time. While most people are happy and eager to sell their property, I was reluctant and mourning the loss of my mother. This property held the last of my memories with my parents. Victor was not only patient and kind but also very knowledgeable. He went over and beyond with not only my emotional needs, but the needs of the property. Victor always had a positive attitude. He answered all of my calls and messages right away. I highly recommend Victor .

He also communicated with our selling realtor and lender well to make things go smoothly for selling and buying at the same time. We couldnt have done this without his support! We will definitely ask him to help us next time we sell and buy houses. Highly recommend Victor!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Victor did an outstanding job helping us purchasing this lovely townhouse we found in Miramar. We had to kiss a few frogs in the process, but he kept us focused on what we wanted, and his insight was invaluable when we found the right fit. He presented the perfect offer, and got it accepted within 24 hours. Victor was very understanding of our needs and wants, very patient, and super responsive throughout the entire process. He also partnered with the perfect lender and there were no hiccups whatsoever on the financial side of things, so we closed within 30 days without issues. Victor and his team were on top of every little detail each step of the way through the entire process. They communicated with us continually so we always knew the status of things as we progressed. ZillowVERIFIED Victor helped me find a great apartment to rent. He made the process as simple as can be, and was extremely reliable. Victor was able to lower the asking price. He was professional. During the walk through he pointed out the issues that the landlord needed to address. Minor things that would go unnoticed, he showed great attention to detail.

ZillowVERIFIED We were extremely satisfied with Victor Camero in our search for a home and he surpassed all of our expectations of a realtor. From the beginning he was aggressive in his search and immediately began sending us homes that matched our search criteria. He knows the local market very well and is terrific at negotiating. Miami is a very competitive market and on homes that had limited showings due to high demand, Victor was always able to get us an appointment. We are first time homebuyers and Victor's level of experience and expertise really comes through in all the great advise he gave us throughout the process. He was always willing to answer any questions we had, was very responsive and seemed to be one step ahead. In two months we found a home that checked off everything on our list. Due to this competitive market, the house received 14 offers in just two days after listing and I can safely say the reason our offer was accepted was because of Victor's knowledge which he used to implement great strategies that put us above the competition. He is very personable which helps in dealing with sellers. We highly recommend Victor!

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home can be stressful, but when you have the right realtor, it truly is a breeze. Victor knows the Miami area well, responds quickly, and negotiates well on his clients behalf. Most importantly, he is 100 % transparent with his feedback on the properties he shows you. He truly wants to find the right home for his clients! When you are buying a home for the first time, most people are clueless in the process. Luckily for me, Victor is an expert in his field and was able to guide me through every step of it. He was able to get me a house that wasnt even listed on the market for 24 hours! I highly recommend Victor as a realtor if you want the best of the best that Miami has to offer.

ZillowVERIFIED After working with Victor for over a year on finding the right home, we placed a very strategic offer under his guidance to ensure it got approved. Victor is very knowledgable on the market and was always extremely honest with me when he felt that a property was over priced, needed too much financial investment or not a good deal. Thanks to him, my offer was approved out of 5 other offers on the table and will now be moving in! :)

ZillowVERIFIED I couldnt have asked for a better experience with Victor, who helped me when I began a last minute search for a pet friendly rental on South Beach. Within less than a day of getting in touch with Victor, we were checking out potential rental properties. He was able to find a great selection of properties for us to look at - all falling within the parameters I set out for him with respect to budget, amenities, and location. Communicating with Victor was quick and easy throughout the entire process. He was available whenever I was to go visit potential rentals. While visiting them, it was evident that his goal was to find a place that would meet my needs. He was appropriately candid with respect to shortcomings - if there were any - of a particular property, while also bringing to light the positives of each rental.Ultimately, I found a place that allows my dogs, is in a great location, and was well under my budget. I will be sure to get in touch with Victor the next time I am on the hunt for a new property and recommend him for anyone who is looking to find a rental or sell and/or purchase real property.

ZillowVERIFIED Victor helped me sell a house in Southwest Miami Dade. I was extremely pleased with outcome of selling the home. Within the first week of the house being on the market we received an offer. Victor demonstrated strong negotiating skills and we were able to capitalize on the selling price that him and I had discussed before hand. It took about two months for the entire selling process to be completed. During that time Victor was dependable and easy to get into contact with. Overall he is a great realtor and I would happily recommend him to friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Weve worked with Victor since 2016. From the beginning, always laid back, humble and helpful in any way possible. Goes above and beyond at times, trustworthy and respectful. We recommend him to everyone. You can literally hand him something and he will get the job done. In fact, all of our tenants came through Victor; after he listed all of our properties (multi-unit) and he recently just sold our Four-Plex which he listed and no more than 2 months on the mls, it was sold. Excellent at what he does and honestly, has a natural way of making you feel like everything is going to be ok.
