Never felt any pressure to settle for anything that we didn't love, she's knowledgeable and pointed out issues & imperfections as we went along. She was always prompt to respond to us & get us in for a showing as soon as possible so we didn't miss out on any potential opportunities. And during our walk-through we discovered an issue with the basement floor that had been covered up by furniture. It was 2 days before closing so there was not a whole lot we could do about it but she took initiative to try & get us some compensation for it, and we appreciated the effort. We contacted Brian for a consultation. Things really came together fast! Within a week, he listed the property, and within TWO DAYS of listing, we received a full-price offer. The important thing I want to say is, Brian saved us much time, money and labor because he knows what the buyers will be looking for. And in our case, we had already fixed, upgraded, and replaced far more than was necessary. I wish we had called Beckman a year or two sooner!
