ZillowVERIFIEDVickie was very supportive and determined to assure our buying experience was a professional process with sellers and mortgage company. She was also knowledgeable in the manner as if she was the one purchasing our new home for herself. Thank you, Vickie!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were very impressed by Vickie and her team. Great knowledge, responsiveness, communication and insight highly recommended. She really cares about her clients and provides top notch expertise.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe selected Vickie from a few different agents to help us sell our house after our first realtor didnt work out, and were very happy we did! Working with Vickie was like night and day from our previous experience. She was aggressive in marketing our home, she understood the market exceptionally well, and most of all- she believed in the value of our home and was willing to fight for us. She was very communicative and always acted with integrity. We would recommend Vickie to anyone selling a home in an historic neighborhood.
ZillowVERIFIEDVickie and the True North team were extremely helpful, in making what can be painful, a walk in the park. From her insight into the proper price to list our home, to help in making minor repairs in advance of putting it on the market, to hosting the numerous folks that walked through, I couldnt be happier. If you dont use Vickie to sell your home, send me a note and I can give you a number of other reasons Vickie should be your realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the beginning, Vickie McDermott was an easy person to work with. I appreciated her dedication in trying to find the right house for me. I lived in California and could only come to Arizona a few times. But, when I came, Vickie always listened to my requirements and found the places that she thought I would like. When I found my house, she worked to complete the deal so that I could buy my house and move so that I could be closer to my family.
